MEGS II Christmas Event, 13th December 2011, Loughborough

We are now accepting abstracts for the presentations and posters for the MEGS II Christmas Event, which will take place at Holywell Park, Loughborough.

Like last year, the event is for MEGS students and academics and its main aim is to help integrate MEGS community and present our students with an opportunity to present and discuss their research topics and ideas with the wider community.

The Event will also include inaugural lectures of our three MEGS academics and will finish with a Christmas Dinner. Free transport will be provided for all the students outside of Loughborough.

All presented posters and presentations will be juged by the Jury and the best ones will receive valuable prizes.

Those interested in submitting an abstract, please use the attached template and send it to MEGS Administrator no later than 20th November 2011.

Please note that MEGS Management Group leaves themselves a right to select abstracts for the presentations due to the limited number of slots.
